A Simple Shopping Guide
Online ordering service based on the website is available 24 hours; the ordering process can be easily completed through several simple steps.
Log in to the member account→ Select products→ Confirm the shopping list→ Fill out the shipping form→ Confirm the order payment→ Complete the ordering process
Order Inquiry
After login, access the “Order Inquiry” feature from the Member Area menu to review your Order History and Order Status.
Payment Method
The credit card payment method is available on the official website.
- Online transaction accepts VISA, Master, JCB cards, and all payments must be paid in full.
- New Taiwan Dollar is the transaction currency.
- Ensure the credit card information you provided on the checkout page is accurate for the bank transaction approval process.
Invoice Delivery
Taiwan’s Unified Invoice is sent along with the shipment. In case of not receiving the invoice with the products you ordered, please access “Contact Us” on the Homepage and leave your message, we will reply to you in the shortest time possible.
Shipping Process Explained and Delivery Method
- After the order is paid, the products will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekend days and national holidays).
- To well protect the product, we’ll pack your order professionally with care. After the confirmation of the order, please unbox and check the products once you receive the package to make sure the product is in a state of wholeness.
- To ensure the successful delivery, please provide correct personal information and shipping address to avoid the shipment being lost or delayed.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to change the content of a confirmed order or cancel an order, please access “Contact Us” on the Homepage and leave a message including the order number and the information of the order, we will process your request as soon as possible.
Free-Return Period and Return Process
According to the Consumer Protection Act in Taiwan, customers may return the goods within 7 days upon receipt of goods in the Taiwan area; it is not the right to test the product. If you’re not sure of the purchase, please do not unbox it. We remind you that after the confirmation of the purchase, please unbox it at once and check upon the arrival of shipment; also, please take the unboxing video. In case of product defect cases, please contact the company at the soonest possible time; besides, please provide the company with pictures of the product flaw for confirmation. When it meets the requirements of return regulations, please keep the integrity of products and related accessories, pack the products along with the invoice and activity gifts into the original shipping box, and send it to the company within 7 days. If the original package is lost or damaged, please pack the products into another carton box. Do not directly send the product in its package to the company. If there is damage found on the product, related accessories, or the product package, the request for return and refund is not eligible.
The 7-day free return period is not applicable to regions outside the Taiwan area.
Refund Method and Time Frame
Once we receive the returned products, it takes 2 business days for the credit card refund to be processed.
Return Policy
Once the products have been unpackaged, returns are no longer eligible (excluding the major product flaws, such as a broken mirror or electrical anomaly, etc.)
